Nordstrom Loves - Anniversary Edition

We were in Aruba last week when the pre sale went live. So yesterday when it went to public access - I made up for it. Today I also went to the store to see some things in person.


First Up: Pajamas


I have more of these Nordstrom moonlight pajamas than I care to admit. I'll just say more than enough to cover a week. Don't Judge. This black short pair came home with me today. They run super generous in sizing, so get your normal size or even size down. Now to the let down. I don't know why but any of these pj's that come in any pattern besides solid colored, DO NOT stay buttoned for me. I was super excited about this striped version but within seconds of me having it on, buttons were coming undone.




Jeans - I can't believe flares are back, but alright - I'll partake! The Good American ripped flares are part of the sale, I'm trying them on one size too small because that's what was in store.

I didn't love the Madewell jeans I tried, but they were super soft and run big.

Kut from the Cloth - I just grabbed both of these on a whim and loved them both. They are true to size and I think super flattering, I'm doing an inventory of what I have at home and then will be ordering one or both for sure. For the quality and fit you can't beat the price.






Cardigans - Since the anniversary sale is a fall sale you have 357 options to choose from. I always love them all but they all seem to run so generous. I didn't get either of these because I already have some similar from years past. I'm going to check on that Burgundy one and I may order it online. It was giving me all the fall vibes.





Jumpsuits - I LOVED both of these jumpsuits. The black one I have an event it would be perfect for BUT - it was TOO TIGHT, and that was the largest size they had. :( Someone buy this and wear it. It's stunning!


Now, this Polka dot number ... it was perfect - so comfy - so cheap - BUT where in the hell am I going to wear a spaghetti strap, green polka dot wide leg jumpsuit... ?!? I hope they make it again in solid colors and I'll be sold!





Tees - This is where they got me. These paper thin Halogen and Chelsea 28 long sleeve tees are perfect, for anything really. Dress them up or down, work in them, chase your kids in them! I'll probably buy more. They are flattering and modest! The gray Gibson cozy pullover - I was expecting it to just be blah, it doesn't look like anything special online. But it is so soft and fits so well! I'm really hoping they restock the red color in my size.




Tanks- I've been wanting the Leith snake skin print tank for awhile - they had plenty in stock but they are really short in the Torso - I'm just too tall for it to be comfortable. I love this halogen tank for fall - its the perfect orange/peach and as you can see is really versatile.


Blazer - If you are looking for a print blazer this was my favorite. The fit was spot on and the checks weren't too big and distracting.






I also placed an online order and I'll let you know what I keep and send back. There is so much to choose from no matter what you are looking for!!
