Sole'renity Spa Day Recap (and Giveaway!)

If you’ve been around for awhile you know we love a little pampering! So when we partnered with Sole’renity Spa in Sulphur, Oklahoma to promote their Black Friday sale, it was a match made in heaven. We’ve known the sweet ladies at Sole’renity for a long time so we know and trust their product offerings and that their customer service is always going to be top notch! On top of the massages, hand and foot treatments, and facials; they also offer a spa bathhouse, whirlpools, steam rooms and saunas. You will feel relaxed the minute you open the door and walk in. Back to our relaxing spa day!

We started out with a foot soak that is great for people that workout, wear heels to work every day, have jobs that require a lot of time on your feet, or busy moms and teachers chasing after kids all day. Who are we kidding- it’s amazing for anyone! You soak, get wrapped, massaged and moisturized - it’s perfect by itself or combined with any other service. And this wasn't just any foot soak. They filled the tub with pedicure crystals that are little jelly beads that expand the longer they sit. It takes your regular pedi water and turns it into a fluffy silky paradise. They use the beaded jelly to massage your feet and legs then wrap you in a warm towel and massage some more. I almost fell asleep and we still had the massage, body scrub, and facial left to go! (Foot Soak is roughly 30 minutes)

Next up - body treatment! We had the Sole'renity Signature Treatment which included a deep tissue massage (goooodbye stress) followed by a lavender infused body scrub (or citrus scent). You can also choose to have your body scrub done first (Erica did), but I chose to do it at the end. Either way works! It's SO relaxing. The massages I get here are always one of the best. They stay up to date with their training and practice treatments on each other so you know the quality of these services will always be top notch. The exfoliating scrub is a perfect counterpart to the deep tissue massage. It's an add-on I never knew I needed but will now always get! (Signature massage and body scrub is 2 hours)

Lastly, we ended the day with the Sole'renity Signature Facial. This facial includes an exfoliating treatment, a muslin plasticizing mask with hydrating pomegranate, jade rolling, multiple serums and firming treatments followed by Cold Laser therapy. Cold lasers use healing light to activate cell turnover, produce collagen and elastin, and balances pH to reduce acne. I'm a fan! Trust us on this one! (Facial lasts roughly 1 hour)

You can also add-on a collagen lip mask, eye treatment, or hand and foot wraps to any of the services.
